  11. Train and mentor junior team members on statistical techniques and best practices.
  12. Adhere to ethical and legal standards when handling sensitive and confidential data.
  13. Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights and provide updates on data analysis.
  14. Collaborate with other statisticians and data analysts across the state to share knowledge and best practices.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve data collection and analysis processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
