
Real Estate Technician

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the management of state-owned real estate assets.
Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Transactions And Property Management.
Knowledge Of Pennsylvania Real Estate Laws, Regulations, And Procedures.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Real Estate Software, Such As Mls And Property Management Systems.
