  1. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of various programs and policies within the State of Pennsylvania.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of government operations.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather and analyze data, and develop solutions to complex problems.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.

  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of program data and findings.
  10. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to achieve program goals.
  11. Stay informed on budget and funding information related to programs and policies.
  12. Represent the State of Pennsylvania in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the organization.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement new strategies to enhance program performance.
  14. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues and other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Public Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Program Analysis, Data Analysis, Or Project Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather, Analyze, And Interpret Data To Inform Decision Making.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Policies Related To The Specific Program Area.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner To Stakeholders At All Levels.
