- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl) With Necessary Endorsements For Driving Snowplow And Other Heavy Equipment.
Prior Experience In Operating Large Snow Removal Equipment, Such As Plows, Salt Spreaders, And Snow Blowers.
Knowledge Of Winter Maintenance Procedures And Protocols, Including Snow Removal Techniques, De-Icing Methods, And Road Salt Application Rates.
Ability To Work Long Hours In Adverse Weather Conditions, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, As The Job May Require Coordinating With Other Maintenance Personnel And Communicating With The Public During Winter Weather Events.
