  1. Provide administrative support to the legal office by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for legal staff.
  2. Maintain and organize legal documents, including filing, scanning, and indexing.
  3. Monitor and track legal department budgets, expenses, and invoices.
  4. Prepare and proofread legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
  5. Assist with the preparation and dissemination of legal correspondence and communications.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, redirecting as necessary.
  7. Manage and update legal databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  8. Coordinate and assist with the onboarding and training of new legal staff.
  9. Plan and coordinate legal department events, such as meetings, trainings, and conferences.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  11. Stay updated on legal developments and assist with legal research as needed.
  12. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  13. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning of the legal office.
  14. Provide administrative support to legal staff, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
  15. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the legal department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Legal Studies, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Legal Office Environment, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Legal Terminology, Court Procedures, And Legal Document Preparation.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Legal Software, Such As Lexisnexis Or Westlaw.
