- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders, to identify needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and allocation of resources for human services programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor program performance and evaluate outcomes to ensure they are meeting the needs of the individuals and communities they serve.
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including state and local government officials, community leaders, and advocacy groups.

- Collaborate with other state agencies and departments to coordinate services and resources for individuals and communities in need.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to state officials and stakeholders regarding program performance and impact.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to program activities and outcomes.
- Stay current on best practices and trends in human services program management to continuously improve program effectiveness.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and dedication to improving the lives of others.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Services, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Human Services Program Or Agency.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations And Policies Related To Human Services Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders And Community Partners.
Experience In Program Development, Budget Management, And Strategic Planning.
