  1. Conduct data analysis: Utilize your strong background in data analysis to collect, organize, and interpret data related to our human services programs. This includes identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  2. Provide analytical support: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures by providing analytical support, conducting research, and making data-driven recommendations.
  3. Ensure program effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our human services programs through data analysis and make recommendations for improvements to better meet the needs of our community.
  4. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other members of the Human Services team to share data, insights, and recommendations, and collaborate on projects and initiatives to enhance services.
  5. Identify areas for improvement: Use critical thinking skills to identify areas for improvement in our human services programs and provide innovative solutions to address them.
  6. Communicate findings: Present your findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including government officials, community organizations, and program participants.
  7. Stay informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to human services and apply them to improve our programs.
  8. Uphold ethical standards: Adhere to ethical standards and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive data and information.
  9. Foster positive relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with program participants, community organizations, and government agencies to support the delivery of high-quality services.
  10. Make a meaningful impact: Use your skills and expertise to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families in our state and contribute to the overall improvement of our human services programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting In A Human Services Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations And Policies Related To Human Services Programs.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Program Improvements.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
