Bachelor's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
State Certification As A Drug And Alcohol Counselor (Cac) Or Equivalent.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Drug And Alcohol Treatment Setting.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatment Methods And Understanding Of Addiction And Recovery.
Ability To Effectively Communicate And Build Rapport With Individuals Dealing With Addiction And Their Families.
