Job Description

Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and other data analysis tools is also required.   • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Interpret data and provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and policies
  • Utilize data manipulation techniques and statistical analysis to extract meaningful information from complex datasets
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and other data analysis software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data analysis projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality assurance checks and resolving any discrepancies
  • Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work independently and under tight deadlines to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize data processes and make recommendations for data-driven decision making
  • Uphold a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all data analysis work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Or Mathematics.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Programming Languages Such As Sql, R, Python, And/Or Sas.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Data Privacy And Security Regulations And Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Data Governance And Data Management.
