- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition research and trends to provide evidence-based recommendations to patients.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to nutrition plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and contribute valuable insights from a nutrition perspective.
- Serve as a resource for staff and patients on nutrition-related topics and provide educational materials.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines related to dietetics and nutrition practice.

Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
Registered Dietitian (Rd) Credential From The Commission On Dietetic Registration.
Licensure As A Dietitian In The State Of Pennsylvania.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Nutrition Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Nutrition Therapy And Experience Working With Diverse Patient Populations.
