  1. Conduct scientific research and experiments to develop and improve chemical processes and procedures.
  2. Analyze and interpret data from experiments and make recommendations for process improvements.
  3. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and projects.
  5. Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in the field of chemistry to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all research and experiments.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on laboratory techniques and procedures.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during experiments and implement solutions.
  10. Communicate research findings and results to team members and stakeholders.
  11. Assist in the development and review of scientific reports and publications.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process and procedure improvements.
  13. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and precise results.
  14. Follow all state and federal regulations related to chemical research and experiments.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Analytical Techniques And Instrumentation, Including Gc-Ms, Hplc, And Ir.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations Related To Chemical Handling And Disposal.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail.
