- Conduct regular audits and inspections at casinos to ensure compliance with gaming laws.
- Investigate and resolve any potential violations of gaming laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with casino management and staff to educate and train on proper gaming practices and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state gaming laws and regulations and communicate any changes or updates to relevant parties.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintaining compliance with gaming laws.
- Work closely with regulatory agencies to ensure all necessary licenses and permits are obtained and maintained.
- Conduct thorough background checks on potential employees and vendors to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Document and report any violations or suspicious activities to appropriate authorities.
- Participate in hearings and legal proceedings related to gaming law violations.
- Conduct investigations into customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and fair manner.
