1. Assist experienced aides in providing daily care to patients, including but not limited to, bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming.
2. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by regularly sanitizing equipment, keeping patient rooms tidy, and following infection control protocols.
3. Observe and report any changes in patients' physical or emotional conditions to the supervising nurse or aide.
4. Participate in training programs and workshops to learn about the proper techniques and procedures for patient care.
5. Follow individual care plans and assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as directed by the supervising nurse or aide.
6. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and caring environment.
7. Assist with transporting patients to appointments, activities, and therapy sessions.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and report any concerns or issues to the supervising nurse or aide.
