  1. Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office.
  2. Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases in a timely and organized manner.
  3. Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
  4. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to our citizens.
  5. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
  6. Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and functionality.
  7. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  8. Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  9. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  10. Participate in budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  11. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  12. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Train and support team members on office procedures, software, and systems.
  14. Handle any other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Administrative Support Or Office Management

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Knowledge Of State Government Processes And Procedures Preferred.
