- Provide essential administrative support to the department, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Assist with the coordination and planning of meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, superiors, and external stakeholders.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking and ordering when needed.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Utilize various software and tools to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.
- Represent the department and the State of Pennsylvania in a professional and positive manner.
Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role.
Strong Computer Skills, Including Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Data Entry.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Abilities.
