  • Provide vocational counseling services to individuals with disabilities to assist them in achieving their employment goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and abilities of clients
  • Develop and implement individualized vocational plans for each client
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, employers, and educators, to coordinate services and support for clients
  • Monitor and track client progress and make necessary adjustments to vocational plans
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for clients in navigating the job market and workplace
  • Stay up-to-date on disability and employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all services provided
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions and services provided
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance skills and knowledge in vocational rehabilitation
  • Foster strong relationships with community organizations and employers to expand employment opportunities for clients
  • Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in all interactions with clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (Crc) Credential From The Commission On Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (Crcc).

  • Previous Experience In Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, Preferably In A Government Or Public Agency Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Vocational Rehabilitation, Disability, And Employment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Individuals From Diverse Backgrounds And Disabilities.
