Education And Training: A Vocational Instructor Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Education, Vocational Training, Or A Specific Trade. Higher Positions, Such As Vocational Instructor 3 Or 4, May Require A Master's Degree Or Specialized Training In A Specific Trade.
Teaching Experience: Candidates For A Vocational Instructor Position Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Vocational Or Trade School Setting. Higher Positions May Require More Years Of Experience Or Experience In A Leadership Role.
