  6. Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders, including policymakers and the general public.
  7. Participate in the planning and execution of large-scale utility projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  8. Act as a liaison between the state government and utility companies, representing the state's interests and advocating for sustainable solutions.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of environmental regulations and work to ensure utility systems are environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Utility Engineering Or Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Utility Systems And Infrastructure, Including Water, Sewer, And Gas

  • Experience With Project Management And Budgeting

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations Pertaining To Utility Systems And Infrastructure.
