Bachelor's Degree In Civil Or Mechanical Engineering From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Utility Engineering, Preferably In The Public Sector.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Utility Systems And Infrastructure.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage Complex Projects And Budgets.
