- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, related to training and development.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and training materials.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Provide administrative support as needed, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing budgets.
- Act as a mentor or coach to new employees or those seeking additional training opportunities.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Collaborate with other Training Assistants and team members to ensure a cohesive and effective training program.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Adult Education, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Conducting Training Programs, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Information To Diverse Audiences.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Learning Management Systems.
