Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Deliver Training And Interact With Employees Of All Levels.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Training Software Programs.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methods.
Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Work Environment, And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
