  1. Process and review tax documents and returns accurately and efficiently.
  2. Keep up to date with current state and federal tax laws and regulations.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to taxpayers and other stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve tax-related issues.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  7. Maintain organized and accurate records of tax data and transactions.
  8. Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
  9. Communicate effectively with taxpayers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax regulations.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
  12. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
  14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion.
  15. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to team goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
