- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for all fairgoers.
- Work collaboratively with a team to set up and maintain fairgrounds, attractions, and exhibits.
- Operate various equipment and machinery, such as rides, food stands, and games, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist with crowd control and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Answer questions and provide information to fairgoers about the fair, attractions, and events.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including restocking supplies and removing trash.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for fairgoers.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Adhere to work schedule and be punctual for shifts.
- Attend training and meetings as required.
