- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on budget analysis and financial data.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to gather information and ensure budget alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track budget expenditures, making adjustments and recommendations as needed.
- Prepare and present budget reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Train and mentor budgeting analyst trainees, providing guidance and support in budgeting processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and policies and make necessary adjustments to budgeting processes.
- Communicate and collaborate with external agencies and partners to gather information and ensure budget accuracy.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to budgeting and financial management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve budgeting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Or A Related Field For Senior Budgeting Analyst Position.
Proficiency In Budgeting Software And Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge Of State Budgeting Processes And Regulations For Budgeting Analyst Trainee Position.
