Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Active License To Practice Law In The State Of New York
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As An Attorney, Preferably In A Government Agency Or Law Firm
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Procedures
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As Excellent Written And Oral Communication Abilities.
