Job Description

  4. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members.
  5. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
  6. Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
  7. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
  8. Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
  11. Keep abreast of current nursing practices and trends through continuing education and professional development.
  12. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, promoting their rights and ensuring their needs are met.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  14. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services to the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution

  • Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of New York

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting

  • Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls)

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, As Well As Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment
