Master's Degree Or Higher In Psychiatric Nursing From An Accredited Program
Current License To Practice As A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner In The State Of New York
Certification As A Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Pmhnp) From The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The American Academy Of Nurse Practitioners (Aanp)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner In A Clinical Setting
Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Guidelines Related To Psychiatric Care And Treatment.
