Job Description

  1. Coordinate and support various projects aimed at fostering the development and competitiveness of New York State's technology-based economy.
  2. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful project implementation and completion.
  3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or roadblocks.
  5. Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders and team members.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  8. Facilitate meetings and workshops with project partners and stakeholders.
  9. Prepare project reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  11. Identify opportunities for project improvement and make recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform project strategies.
  13. Contribute to the growth of New York State's technology industry through innovative project initiatives.
  14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving project goals and objectives.
  15. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Engineering, Or Economics.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Government Funding Programs And Regulations, Specifically In The Technology And Innovation Sector.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
