  5. Analyze program performance and make recommendations for adjustments or changes.

  8. Identify potential risks and concerns with program implementation and provide solutions.
  9. Conduct cost-benefit analysis to inform program decisions.
  10. Communicate program analysis findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in program analysis.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Participate in cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments to achieve program goals.
  14. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies in conducting program analysis.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve program analysis processes and methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Program Analysis, Data Analysis, Or Project Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Trends.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Sql, And Tableau.
