  11. Demonstrate a positive and compassionate attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
  12. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the program through innovative ideas and solutions.
  13. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all program participants.
  14. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of program services and make necessary improvements.
  15. Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Social Work, Education, Or Human Services.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working With Individuals With Disabilities Or In A Social Services Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Ability To Effectively Interact With Individuals From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Disability Services And Ability To Navigate And Interpret Policies And Procedures.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
