- Provide administrative support to various departments within the State of New York.
- Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the office by performing tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
- Act as a liaison between departments and communicate important information to appropriate parties.
- Monitor and respond to emails and other forms of correspondence in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other office events.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Uphold a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline office processes.
- Stay updated on relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
