Job Description

  1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the State of New York.
  2. Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the office by performing tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
  3. Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
  4. Act as a liaison between departments and communicate important information to appropriate parties.
  5. Monitor and respond to emails and other forms of correspondence in a timely manner.
  6. Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other office events.
  7. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Uphold a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline office processes.
  13. Stay updated on relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
