- Develop and implement mental health programs and services in collaboration with community partners and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify and address mental health needs within the community.
- Provide guidance and support to mental health professionals and service providers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health programs and services.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Provide training and education to community members and organizations on mental health issues.
- Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to coordinate services and resources for individuals with mental health needs.
- Advocate for the needs of individuals with mental health needs within the community and within the organization.
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in the mental health field.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance mental health services.
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other events related to mental health.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need.
- Develop and manage budgets for mental health programs and services.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably Working With Individuals With Severe Mental Illness.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Mental Health Programs And Services.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Colleagues, And Community Partners.
Ability To Develop And Implement Mental Health Treatment Plans, As Well As Monitor And Evaluate Program Effectiveness.
