12. Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other events related to mental health.
13. Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need.
14. Develop and manage budgets for mental health programs and services.
15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
