- Analyze data and prepare reports on the impact of mental health programs on individuals and communities.
- Provide training and education to staff and other stakeholders on mental health issues and resources.
- Advocate for increased funding and resources for mental health programs and services.
- Represent the state agency at meetings, conferences, and events related to mental health.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for individuals seeking mental health services and support.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to mental health programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other mental health program specialists to share best practices and develop new strategies for improving mental health services.
Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Mental Health Program Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Diverse Populations.
Knowledge Of Current Mental Health Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Ability To Develop And Implement Program Plans, Evaluate Program Effectiveness, And Make Recommendations For Improvement.
