  1. Develop and implement mental health programs and initiatives in collaboration with state agencies and community organizations.
  2. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas of need and inform program development.
  3. Provide support and guidance to individuals and families seeking mental health services.
  4. Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify and address gaps in mental health services.
  5. Develop and deliver training and educational materials on mental health topics.
  6. Serve as a resource for mental health providers and community organizations.
  7. Advocate for the needs of individuals with mental health issues and promote awareness and understanding of mental health.
  8. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on program activities and outcomes.
  10. Stay informed on current trends and best practices in mental health and incorporate them into program development.
  11. Communicate effectively with diverse populations and build strong relationships with community partners.
  12. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations related to mental health services.
  13. Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need.
  14. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and agencies to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  15. Participate in meetings, conferences, and trainings related to mental health.
  16. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  17. Participate in outreach and awareness events to promote mental health services.
  18. Stay updated on changes in mental health policies and regulations and communicate them to relevant parties.
  19. Represent the state in professional settings and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors to support the goals and objectives of the mental health program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Mental Health Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation.

  • Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Mental Health Programs.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Diverse Populations And Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Recommendations For Program Improvement.
