- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for both the position and the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruiting and retaining top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
- Prepare and maintain job descriptions, job postings, and job offers.
- Stay updated on federal and state employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment through the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Specifically In The Areas Of Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Benefits Administration.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Human Resources, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With All Levels Of Employees.
Experience With Hris And Other Hr Software Programs, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
