Job Description

  1. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current human resources practices and regulations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
  2. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR related matters, such as benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  4. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations.
  5. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  6. Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and facilitate training programs and initiatives that support employee development and growth.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including employees, managers, and senior leadership.
  9. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement programs, and process improvements.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow in the field of HR, and actively contribute to the development of the HR team and organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.
