- Conduct recruitment activities to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open positions within the organization.
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates for further consideration.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct pre-employment screenings, including background checks and reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training is completed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations issues.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts and address concerns.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
