- Collaborate with team members to identify and address housing and community development needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and identify best practices for housing and community development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and residents, to gather input and support for development initiatives.

- Identify and pursue funding opportunities for housing and community development projects.
- Stay current on emerging trends and innovative approaches in the field of housing and community development.
- Uphold ethical standards and promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of housing and community development work.
Bachelor's Degree In Urban Planning, Public Policy, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Community Development, Affordable Housing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Housing Policies And Programs.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills.
Experience In Project Management And Ability To Lead And Coordinate Multiple Initiatives.
