Valid Driver's License: A Valid Driver's License Is Necessary For A Highway Maintenance Worker Job As It Involves Operating Large Trucks And Other Equipment On Highways.
Physical Fitness: The Job Of A Highway Maintenance Worker Requires Physical Stamina And The Ability To Perform Manual Labor In Various Weather Conditions.
Experience In Road Maintenance: Previous Experience In Road Maintenance, Construction, Or Related Field Is Preferred For This Job.
