Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Qualification Of A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent Is Required For This Role. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Knowledge And Skills Necessary To Perform The Duties Of A Facility Operations Assistant.

  • Experience In Facility Operations: Prior Experience In Facility Operations, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting, Is Preferred For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Building Maintenance, Security Protocols, And Emergency Procedures.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Effectively Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Work. This Is Essential For Maintaining The Smooth Operations Of The Facility.

  • Proficiency In Computer Software And Systems: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Using Computer Software And Systems, Such As Microsoft Office And Facility Management Software, To Maintain Records, Track Inventory, And Create Reports.

  • Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform Tasks That Require Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Heavy Objects. This Is Important For Ensuring The Proper Maintenance And Functioning Of The Facility.
