Job Description

  1. Develop and implement environmental health programs in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  2. Oversee a team of environmental health professionals and provide guidance and direction to ensure program objectives are met.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry leaders.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current environmental health laws, regulations, and policies and ensure compliance within the organization.
  5. Develop and manage program budgets, including identifying funding sources and allocating resources effectively.
  6. Conduct regular evaluations and audits of program activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of new environmental health policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to address environmental health concerns and develop comprehensive solutions.
  9. Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other communication materials to inform and educate the public on environmental health issues.
  10. Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in environmental health and incorporate them into program development and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Health, Public Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Health Management Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Environmental Health Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Supervise A Team.

  • Prior Experience In Developing And Implementing Environmental Health Programs And Initiatives.
