In this role, you will play a key role in promoting and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives across all levels of our organization.   1. Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's values and mission.
  2. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and create actionable plans to promote diversity and inclusion.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure diversity and inclusion is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  4. Provide training and education to employees at all levels on topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership.
  5. Serve as a resource and advisor for management on diversity and inclusion related matters.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Create and maintain partnerships with external organizations and community groups to broaden diversity and inclusion efforts.
  8. Act as a spokesperson for the organization's diversity and inclusion efforts, both internally and externally.
  9. Stay updated on current diversity and inclusion trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of this area.
  10. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  11. Handle any diversity and inclusion related complaints or issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
  12. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure diverse and inclusive recruitment and retention practices.
  13. Develop and maintain diversity and inclusion metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion by organizing events and activities that celebrate different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Principles, Laws, And Best Practices

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Diversity And Inclusion Training Programs

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Range Of Individuals And Groups.
