- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure equal employment opportunities are provided to all employees in accordance with state and federal laws
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts
- Serve as a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion, providing guidance and training to employees and managers
- Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns related to diversity and inclusion, and make recommendations for improvement
- Actively participate in recruitment and hiring processes to ensure diverse candidate pools and fair selection practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with external diversity and inclusion organizations and resources to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends
- Respond to and investigate any complaints or concerns related to equal employment opportunity and take appropriate action to address and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives and events
- Regularly communicate updates and progress on diversity and inclusion efforts to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Diversity And Inclusion, Equal Employment Opportunity, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Diversity And Equal Employment Opportunity, Including Title Vii, Ada, And Adea.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives, Training Programs, And Outreach Efforts.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Groups And Effectively Address And Resolve Issues Related To Diversity And Equal Employment Opportunity.
