  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure equal employment opportunities are provided to all employees in accordance with state and federal laws
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion, providing guidance and training to employees and managers
  • Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns related to diversity and inclusion, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Actively participate in recruitment and hiring processes to ensure diverse candidate pools and fair selection practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external diversity and inclusion organizations and resources to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends
  • Respond to and investigate any complaints or concerns related to equal employment opportunity and take appropriate action to address and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives and events
  • Regularly communicate updates and progress on diversity and inclusion efforts to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Diversity And Inclusion, Equal Employment Opportunity, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Diversity And Equal Employment Opportunity, Including Title Vii, Ada, And Adea.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives, Training Programs, And Outreach Efforts.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Groups And Effectively Address And Resolve Issues Related To Diversity And Equal Employment Opportunity.
