- Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns for the organization.
- Maintain accurate and organized donor databases and records.
- Research and identify potential donors and funding opportunities.
- Create and distribute fundraising materials, including letters, emails, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for donor cultivation and stewardship.
- Assist in the production of grant proposals and reports.
- Coordinate and track donations and ensure proper acknowledgement and recognition of donors.
- Provide administrative support to the development team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Help maintain the organization's online presence and social media platforms.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the development department.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in fundraising and nonprofit development.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and its donors, responding to inquiries and providing excellent donor stewardship.
- Attend networking events and represent the organization in the community.
- Uphold the organization's values and mission in all interactions and tasks.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Communications, Or Public Administration.
Prior Experience In Fundraising, Donor Relations, Or Grant Writing.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Donors And Stakeholders.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Deadlines.
Knowledge Of Fundraising Principles And Techniques, As Well As Experience With Fundraising Software And Databases.
