- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare resources and facilities in the state of New York.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and facilities to assess their clinical resource needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and implement processes and protocols for the efficient and effective allocation of clinical resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the utilization of clinical resources, identifying any inefficiencies and making recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between healthcare providers and facilities to ensure proper allocation of resources.
- Conduct regular meetings and trainings with healthcare providers and facilities to educate on best practices for resource allocation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to clinical resource management in healthcare.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to clinical resource allocation.
- Conduct analysis and generate reports on resource utilization and effectiveness for review by management.
- Coordinate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless integration of clinical resource management strategies.
- Stay informed on healthcare budget and financial planning to ensure appropriate allocation of resources.
- Monitor and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to clinical resource management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of healthcare services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Resource Role.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To Healthcare.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills.
