  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of job classifications and salaries to ensure compliance with civil service laws and regulations.
  2. Evaluate and process job applications, ensuring that they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the hiring and promotion of government employees.
  4. Conduct investigations and research to resolve complex personnel issues and complaints related to civil service regulations.
  5. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and department heads on civil service rules and regulations.
  6. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure timely and accurate communication of civil service updates and changes.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of civil service processes, including hiring and promotional activities.
  8. Participate in meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on civil service laws, regulations, and best practices.
  9. Assist in the development and administration of civil service exams.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations on civil service activities, including recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with other government agencies and stakeholders to ensure consistency and fairness in civil service practices.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate civil service processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for streamlining and efficiency.
  13. Represent the Civil Service Commission in meetings and hearings related to civil service matters.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information and adhere to ethical standards and principles in all job duties.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the Civil Service Commission.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Political Science, Or Economics.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data And Make Recommendations.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Present Information To Various Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Civil Service And Personnel Management.
