  1. Provide direct support and resources to children and families in need.
  2. Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans for families.
  3. Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to coordinate services for families.
  4. Conduct home visits to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
  5. Identify and report any cases of child abuse or neglect.
  6. Monitor and review cases to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
  8. Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and other professionals.
  9. Stay current on child and family welfare policies, procedures, and best practices.
  10. Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Advocate for the needs and rights of children and families.
  12. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
  14. Prepare and submit reports and documentation as required.
  15. Participate in meetings and discussions related to child and family welfare services.
  16. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding towards children and families.
  17. Follow all state and federal laws and regulations related to child and family welfare services.
  18. Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  19. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve services to better meet the needs of children and families.

Job Qualifications
