  4. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and present findings to senior management for decision-making purposes.

  10. Participate in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies to support the state's financial goals.
  11. Train and mentor junior budget staff members to ensure a high level of competency and understanding of budgetary processes.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve budgetary processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to identify potential cost-saving measures and improve overall fiscal management.
  14. Represent the state in budgetary meetings and discussions, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
  15. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all budgetary decisions and actions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Budgeting Laws, Regulations, And Procedures.
