  13. Conduct negotiations and settlements when necessary.
  14. Effectively manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
  15. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance legal knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Active Membership In Good Standing With The New York State Bar Association.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Civil Litigation, Preferably In A Governmental Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of New York State Civil Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Draft Legal Documents And Argue In Court.
