  1. Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and goals.
  3. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients' mental health concerns.
  4. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clients' progress and treatment plans.
  7. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of psychology.
  9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of job duties.
  10. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  11. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information.
  13. Promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  14. Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
  15. Advocate for the well-being and needs of clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Licensure As A Psychologist In The State Of New York.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Master's Degree In Psychology From An Accredited University.

  • At Least Two Years Of Supervised Clinical Experience, Preferably In A Government Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Conducting Psychological Assessments And Providing Evidence-Based Treatment To Diverse Populations.
